If your requirement is for a Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) I can usually offer you a quote based on building plans or a suitable (accurate) description of the premises and type of business, without the need to visit.

The assessment would be written in 'plain English', to clearly explain any issues. It would be presented with a short summary, be colour indicated for 'Must do' and 'Advisory work' and include an action plan list (where required).

Prices start from £250 for a small shop, office, B&B, House in Multiple Occupation etc.
